Albir is the coastal side of L'Alfàs del Pi, between the Serra Gelada park and the seafront. The building stock is mixed: villas on the slopes towards the lighthouse, plus a large share of apartment blocks and community-owned buildings. Albir sits right under the Serra Gelada ridge, so late-afternoon shading from the massif is a real factor on plots close to the slope, while properties nearer the seafront stay open.
