Identification data (name), contact data (email, phone), location (city), property type, optional message, and uploaded electricity bills (when you submit our quote form). We also collect technical data via cookies (see Cookie Policy).
4. Purpose of Processing
To respond to quote requests, provide solar installation estimates, fulfil contractual obligations, send service-related communications, comply with legal obligations, and — only with your consent — analyse website usage.
5. Legal Basis
Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for analytics cookies and marketing communications. Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b) for processing quote requests. Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for tax and accounting records. Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for security and fraud prevention.
6. Data Retention
Quote requests: up to 24 months from last contact. Contracted clients: 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code). Cookie consent: 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (a) processors necessary for our service (hosting, email, analytics) under Data Processing Agreements; (b) public authorities when legally required. No international transfers outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (SCCs).
